Why do I have to enter my e-mail address?

Your e-mail address will be used as your user name. You can therefore log in at any time using your email address and the password you have chosen.

Ticket buyers can contact you via the email address you entered under «Organiser address»if they have any questions about the event.

If you would like to use a different email address for the contact form for ticket buyers, please edit your event.

Go to  «Contact and links»and enter the desired address in the «Contact email» field.

Save the customisation.
