This is a group breathwork session. Come as you are, leave more fulfilled. We will breath for roughly 45 minutes with a chance to share about our expirience after. You may find more clarity and direction, trapped emotions released, movement in the body of stress and tension, and find an overall sense of peace and ease.
- Do not eat at least 1 hour before
- Bring a yoga mat or something to lie on
- Breathwork instruction will be in English

It's recommended that you consult with your healthcare provider including any mental health provider) and consult with the Breathwork practitioner before participating in any form of Breathwork. It is not recommended to participate if you have any of the following:
• Cardiovascular problems
• High or abnormal blood pressure
• Historv of aneurisms
• Epilepsy or history of seizures
• Anyone on heavy medication
• Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia
• Bipolar depression
• Osteoporosis
• Recent surgery
• Glaucoma
• Pregnancy
• An active addiction
• Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support
