Join us for a nurturing afternoon where sound and creativity come together to offer you a deeply relaxing and inspiring experience. This event is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore your inner world in a safe and supportive space.

We will begin with a soothing sound bath to release physical tension and guide you inward. Let the resonant vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, and other sacred instruments carry you into a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness.

Following this, we will move into an embodied drawing session, where you’ll be guided to express the inner landscapes that emerged during your sound journey. Using intuitive and creative exploration, you’ll have the opportunity to translate your felt experiences into visual form.

This is an invitation to honor your senses, connect with your creative essence, and share in the supportive energy of the circle.
